Founded in 1991, the Czech Equine Facilitated Therapy Association (CEFTA) is the national association advancing Equine-Assisted Services (EAS). We unite a network of 80 member centers across the Czech Republic in modalities including equine-assisted physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychotherapy, and learning programs, as well as para-equestrian sports.
Services offered
CEFTA provides professional education, therapy horse certification, and methodological support across all EAS modalities.
Specialisation
CEFTA specializes in equine-assisted therapy and learning, integrating innovative methods such as Contact Therapy and Equine-Assisted Coaching (AEC).
