The Therapeutic Riding Center was founded on 1st of January, 2004 under the Qi Zhi Vocational Training Center. The Riding Center was separated from Qi Zhi and established a new foundation in 2018. The Fang Hsing-Chung Social Welfare Foundation for Horses in Education and Health was officially registered on 28th of May, 2018. This unique non-profit organization is the only facility in Taiwan.
