Mental Health First Aid

This course will provide you with the knowledge to identify suspected mental health conditions and the skills to start a conversation surrounding mental health.   You will also learn about the first aid action plan for mental
health and know how to implement a positive mental health culture in the workplace.

Training is delivered on a one day programme and a home study e book is provided for revision.  Assessment for this award is through a one to one professional discussion (lasting 30-60 minutes).  Bookings can be made for individual assessments on 2nd & 3rd August.
