Well-being for all: Innovations and insights in human-animal interactions
Why Attend?
In addition to the excellent quality and diversity of presentations on the latest work in the field, IAHAIO conferences offer a unique melting pot of people working in different ways – practice, research, education – and from a range of regions and countries. They offer international perspectives of the current state of play, with delegates often leaving with ‘gold nuggets‘ of information and inspiring connections to advance their work.
Importantly, IAHAIO conferences are warm and welcoming, the place where long-lasting professional links are established, where old friends meet and new friendships are created. This fosters collaboration and support and a respect for different perspectives.
2025 is also a special event year for IAHAIO as it is the last conference that will be presided over by our President, Prof.Dr Marie-Jose Enders-Slegers, who will retire after 9 years in the role. She will give a keynote presentation, outlining innovations and current status of the field in her home country, The Netherlands.
And, of course, the conference is hosted in the vibrant city of Amsterdam, which has so much to offer! Why not take a few days to do some sight-seeing pre or post conference?
Whether you make a presentation at the conference, or simply attend to soak up everything it has to offer, this conference is not one to miss!
