Lucy Rees

Equine ethologist. Equine trainer. Writer and lecturer

She has studied different populations of feral horses in Arizona, Venezuela, Ecuador, Patagonia and Australia, seeing that their natural behavior gives us the keys to the welfare and understanding treatment of domestic horses. She shares her knowledge in popular courses and articles, in courses and lectures at universities and international scientific conferences, as well as books and documentaries about her work. She currently lives in Extremadura, where her Pottokas en Piornal project offers researchers and horse enthusiasts the opportunity to study feral horses.
